Dates for air:
Tour 1 Fly out of US on March 12, 2027 on a flight that arrives Geneva airport BY 12PM LATEST on March 13, 2027. If you cannot get a flight that arrives before 12 PM on the 13th, it will necessitate arriving on the 12th and overnighting at the Geneva airport to be there on time for the 13th departure to resort.
Return at end of trip: You must arrange your return flight back home on March 20, 2027 with a departure from Geneva no earlier than 10:30AM.
Tour 2 Fly out of US on March 19, 2027 on a flight that arrives Geneva airport BY 12PM LATEST on March 20th, 2027. If you cannot get a flight that arrives before 12 PM on the 20th, it will necessitate arriving on the 18th and overnighting at the Geneva airport to be there on time for the 20th departure to resort.
Return at end of trip: You must arrange your return flight back home on March 27, 2027 with a departure from Geneva no earlier than 10:30AM.
A currency exchange differential may be charged depending on the exchange rate between the Dollar and the Euro at the time of final payment in January.
Minimum trip size surcharge: If the trip has fewer than 30 paying persons, +$49 tba at the time of final payment. This is to offset the increase in cost-per-person transfer fees.
Do Both Weeks. The three areas we ski on this tour have more terrain than all the resorts in Colorado, California, and Utah combined. You can ski here for two weeks and not touch most of the potential skiing. Maximize your air cost (and air pain) by doing both weeks.
Guide costs. As noted on the trip page, Alpine guides are expensive UNLESS you can split the per-day cost among multiple skiers. We save a lot of money by organizing guided groups of 6 to 8 per guide. The savings are significant, and our guided days will cost $95 per person per day, compared to almost $ 600 per day if done solo. The savings pay for the trip!
Bus Costs for the day trips to Val d’Isère and Les Arcs: We will charter buses for these day trips. The price will be determined once we know the bus cost and the number of participants on each move. This will be determined before the final payment and included on the final invoice. The cost will not be high, probably @$45 per day.
Cancellation policy: The initial deposit is non-refundable. After the final payment has been made, the refund will be the amount recovered from the initial deposit amount, minus any unrecoverable costs. Don’t risk your funds. Get trip insurance as soon as the “trip is a go” statement is issued.
