Dates: Fly out of US on March 13,2026 on a flight that arrives Geneva airport BY 12PM LATEST on March 14, 2026. If you cannot get a flight that arrives before 12 PM on the 14th, it will necessitate arriving on the 13th and overnighting at the Geneva airport to be there on time for the 14th departure to resort.
Return at end of trip: You must arrange your return flight back home on March 21,2026 with a departure from Geneva no earlier than 10:30AM.
Ski week two: Mt. Blanc / Courmayeur

Dates: Fly out of US on March 20, 2026 on a flight that arrives into Milan MXP airport BY 12PM LATEST on March 21, 2026. If you cannot get a flight that arrives before 12 PM on the 21st, it will necessitate arriving on the 20th and overnighting at the Milan airport to be there on time for the 21st departure to resort.
Return at end of trip: You must arrange your return flight back home on March 28, 2025 with a departure from Milan no earlier than 10:30AM.

FIRST DEPOSIT $375 by November 30,2026 per person per trip to get on board. See payment schedule below for second deposit and final payment info.
Currency exchange differential may be charged dependent on exchange rate between the Dollar and the Euro at time of final payment in January.
Minimum trip size surcharge if trip is below 30 paying persons: +$49 tba at time of final payment. This is to offset the increase in cost-per-person transfer fees.

Trip insurance: get a policy! If you are less than 70, buy an Explorers policy from World Nomads. If you are 70 or over, go to AARDY.com to comparison shop. NOTE: IF you are doing guided off/trail skiing and you are 70 or over, you need another supplemental policy. Contact Dan for those details.
Second deposit due December 15, 2026 Ski Weeks: $390 per person per ski week
Final payment January20, 2026
Doing two ski weeks: Many of our skiers do both ski weeks. If you have the resources and the time, this is a great idea. You have to pay to fly over to Europe and back, so the longer you stay there, the more value you are getting out of your ticket.
Currency exchange rate note: As with any foreign travel, our European segments are subject to exchange rate differences between the value of the dollar and the euro. If the rate of exchange has changed at the time of final payment in January, it can result in an increase or decrease in the final amount due for the segments. In 18 years of doing European tours, their have been times when an increase was necessary, but they have been small, ranging from 1% to 3%. It has never been a big issue and we do not anticipate this being a problem in future.
Cancellation penalties Initial deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. BUY trip insurance at time of deposit and your investment is covered in case you have to cancel for health reasons. From December 16 to January 20: forfeit 100% of initial deposits for ski weeks and post trip and any further cancellation penalties imposed by wholesalers, hotels, transport companies, or airlines or Morningstar Ski Tours. After final payment is made: 100% of first deposit amount for EACH segment and any further cancellation penalties imposed by wholesalers, hotels, transport companies or Morningstar Ski Tours.
